House for sale in Costa Rica. Super luxurious estate with spectacular views, wine cellar and golf

May 19th, 2012 admin Posted in Uncategorized No Comments »

House for sale Costa Rica: The crème de la crème of paradise! This year we are going to move to our property not far from this estate where we can enjoy our horses. For this reason we would like to sell our estate – with all furnishings as new. The grand estate of 7000 sqm (approx. 1.73 acres) land consists of two main buildings, connected to one another by a bridge, as well as a separate guest house, two separate guest apartments, a Rancho, a garden shed, a swimming-pool, a store house and a carport. The unique, exposed location is one of the best in Costa Rica: from the estate you have an expansive view over the whole High Valley including Costa Rica’s capital city San José. Built in 1995, the estate was completely renovated between 2006 and 2009 with 111000 hours’ labour. For the living space of about 750 sqm (approx. 8100 sq ft) authentic, natural materials were used. The estate provides exclusive extras which fulfil all your dreams and wishes: a large pool, Rancho with pool bar, an additional kitchen with a barbecue, a pond, several small streams with little waterfalls, several chimneys. Jacuzzi, wine-cellar and a private 2-hole Golf training course. The purchase price which includes the furnishings is recently reduced to .69 Million US. Details: www.bartsch.cd

Visit bit.ly to learn more about training for a career in golf. Dr. Sarah Castillo, the Director of the Sports Psychology Program at National University, explains how sometimes it’s the little things that help you achieve your goals in golf. To discuss this golf tip with other golfers and share your own leave a comment below. We look forward to your feedback. ******************************************************** ******************************************************** Hi I’m Dr. Sarah Castillo and I’m the Director of the Sports Psychology Program at National University. I get a lot of questions about goal setting. Most of the time when people set goals though, they’re talking about outcome goals. So you might go out to the course and say, I want to shoot a 75 today, I want to shoot a 68. It’s a great goal and outcome goals are really useful for us but they’re not the whole story. If outcome goals are the only goals you’re setting, chances are you’re not going to achieve them every time. Think of it this way, if you decide one day to climb Mt. Everest, you wouldn’t just show up one day and start climbing. You’d have to do a lot of research, improve your physical fitness ability, find a good guide, make sure that you’re going during the right time of the year. There’s all sorts of factors that go into becoming successful at that particular climb. Back to golf, wanting to shoot that 75 is a great idea but there are little factors that go into that too. What things are you
